Hey, my name is Hannah and I am a Personal Trainer based in Edinburgh.

With a complete lack of regulation for personal trainers, there has been a progressive decline in the standard of personal training over the years. My objective is to change the way personal training in Edinburgh is being delivered by creating a new standard. I strive for perfection in everything I do and make sure clients receive the best possible level of service and results available in Scotland.

My Full Body Transformation Package has one aim and that is to completely transform your life. It is the ultimate transformation package available in Scotland and nothing comes close to the results and service you will receive.

There’s a big reason things haven’t worked out the way you might have expected them to in the past. It’s not your fault. No, not at all. You just haven’t had your own highly motivated and experienced coach guiding you every step of the way like the celebrities do. It’s no secret that they pay big bucks to have their personal trainers work them out and design their nutrition plan. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

A bespoke training programme that suits your needs. There is a choice of 3 sessions x week, 2 sessions x week and also partner sessions (if you have a friend you would like to share the journey with). 

1: 1 BESPOKE NUTRITION COACHING

Completely individualised nutrition coaching and education. You will learn the principles behind fat loss and muscle growth and what your body needs to look, feel and perform the way you want. 

MY FITNESS PAL SUPPORT

You will be shown how to set – up and use myfitnesspal accurately to aid in the food tracking process.

WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS TRACKING & ADJUSTED MACROS

Your nutrition plan will be monitored and adjusted to keep making progress week to week. No need to stress about when to adjust your diet as it will all be done for you!

Recipes

You will receive quick, healthy recipes that taste great!

EXTRA PROGRAMMING

You will receive extra programming if you would like to put in some extra work in your own time.

Whether it’s a holiday, wedding or other reason you want to drastically improve your body, I work with you to create a programme that’s bespoke and ensures you reach your targets.

The training portion of the transformation package is designed to ignite your passion for training. After completing the 12 week course you will have the experience and knowledge to continue training on your own. We will use a variety of strength & conditioning training methods, keeping the sessions varied and engaging. 

Nutrition information

For the nutrition aspect of the online coaching you will be put back in control of your results using a flexible dieting approach to nutrition. You will learn the principles behind fat loss and muscle growth and what your body needs to look, feel and perform the way you want. You will receive 1-to-1 personalised nutrition coaching and your plan will be adjusted based on your progress week to week. 

At the end of the 12 weeks, it doesn’t stop there because you will have instilled good habits and have the knowledge to continue on your own. This is just the start of the journey.

I am based in the city centre at the Pleasance Sport & Exercise Complex.
